Exsitec, a 190-person company based in Stockholm, needed an HR platform that could handle both their onboarding process and all of their people data and documents as a single source of truth. They chose Bob for those reasons, but they stayed with Bob for more. The Exsitec team relies on Shoutouts for a social media-like internal feed, the news feed for birthdays and special celebrations, and most importantly, for managing feedback from managers on employees.
