Reporting directly to Ronni Zehavi, HiBob’s CEO, Lewys Harush will oversee Management Information Systems, Data Infrastructure, Procurement, and IT.
As part of its executive leadership team, Lewy Harush will provide considered vision and leadership, ensuring that the company’s IT and data infrastructure align flawlessly with its business objectives and future growth plans. Her role will be crucial in supporting digital transformation initiatives across various departments, including Research & Development, Product, Customer Success, Go-to-Market, Finance, and Human Resources, to propel business growth and global expansion.
Improving IT infrastructure’s scalability to keep pace with HiBob’s rapid growth and expanding global user base is another critical area, as well as overseeing the integration of various cross functional systems, managing IT budgets to ensure cost-effective technology investments, as well as streamlining operational efficiency and data flow across the organization.
In preparation for AI integration, the newly appointed CIO will also develop an infrastructure that supports AI initiatives, including computational power, data storage, and processing capabilities. They will evaluate and select AI tools and platforms that best meet HiBob’s needs, implementing data governance policies to ensure data privacy, security, and regulatory compliance.
