The following lists provide information regarding our third-party Sub-processors and corporate affiliates that may have access to Personal Data when providing services to HiBob’s customers and End Users.
HiBob Group Subsidiaries
The entities listed below are HiBob Affiliates which may function as Sub-processors in providing customer support services related to the Services:

Core Sub-Processors
HiBob uses the third-party Sub-processors listed below to host Personal Data and provide specific functionalities within the Services:

Optional Sub-processors
In addition to the Core Sub-processors listed above, HiBob offers certain enhanced features and capabilities that may utilize the use of additional third-party Sub-processors. These optional Sub-processors are not required for the performance of the HiBob Services, and will only be used if and when Customer opts in for the additional features and products as listed below:

Changes to this list
In the event that HiBob appoints a new Sub-processor, HiBob will provide prior notice in accordance with its contractual obligations set forth in the DPA executed with such Customer (each to the extent applicable).
